Call me crazy....we bought a puppy!
Well as we did not have enough new additions to our family we decided to add a puppy to the family as well! He is 8 weeks old and we named him Rufus. He is a Yorkshire terrier-Chihuahua mix. He looks like a little teddy bear. The kids are of course crazy about him, and let me tell you until he starts peeing on my carpet so am I. Meet Rufus!

Cute puppy. Hope all goes well with house trainig him. You are brave to buy a puppy with a new baby on the way. I have always admired you laid back ways. I guess they will serve you well in the months to come.
Hmmm - let's see - 3 kids, 1 baby, 2 adults and a new puppy all in an 1,100 sq foot house! You are crazy! He is adorable I have to admit.
Very very cute . . the dog, I mean. About your new house, will there be enough room in there for all your "new additions"? When are you moving by the way? Or have you told everyone and I'm a little dense today?
I will call you crazy but he's a cutie so it's hard. I know that I wouldn't like any pets but your girls seem to love him. Good luck with the whole potty training thing. too bad you can't put diapers on puppies until they figure it out. :)

There is always room for one more addition to the family {and it helps if they are adorable} Zoey wants to come and visit now {as in today before the puppy gets grown up}
Really nice - your poor kids first impression of what a dog is and you buy them a wind up toy. Ohhh your serious that really is a dog...my bad

It was sweet of Ben and Alyssa to but the kids a hamster..ummm cat...ummm Dog, dang sorry, DOG!
Oh my goodness he is a little bundle of cuteness! When i get a dog, i want a teenie little cutie pie like him so that I can put him in my purse to tote around with me. :-)
You're right Jeff, it was sweet of them to buy their kids a gerbil...I mean a stuffed animal. Wait, no, it's a little bunny rabbit! How cute!
He is adorable, and you must be getting maternal cravings, that translate into furry little cuddly creatures.

The dog is really cute but I would love to see a new blog. I have to gripe at someone cuz I got griped at(and mine wasn't as old as yours. Surely in paradise you can find something to type about or just post pictures!!
